Dear Riverview TK-6th Grade Families,      (Please Scroll Down for Preschool Information)

We are pleased to share that we have finalized the details for the distribution of students’ personal belongings and school materials. The details of this plan were created with an abundance of caution, keeping the health and safety of our community and staff our top priority.

Your cooperation is appreciated and we thank you in advance for following the procedures and guidelines listed below.

Families are assigned a drive-up time listed in the schedule below. Our staff will be following social distancing guidelines and wearing face coverings. We ask that families utilize facial coverings and stay in their cars.

Please drive through the drive through lane.  There will be a station where you will be able to turn in your child’s text books and library books, if there are any at home.  There will be another station where we will give you your students’ personal belongings from the classroom, their certificates, if they are receiving any, and their yearbook, if they purchased one.  There will be another station where you will be able to purchase a yearbook ($20 cash) or look at your child’s Spring pictures and purchase them if you’d like.  (Please bring a check for the pictures.)   The last station will be for Lost and Found.  You will be able to see all lost and found items from your car. Then you will be able to exit the parking lot.

Important to note: we will NOT be collecting devices at this time for our returning students. Date of device collection is still to be determined.

Schedule: In order to provide a safe environment with appropriate social distancing for our large school community, please do your very best to arrive during the assigned time.

Our pick-up drop-off times will be organized by your child’s last name.  Please look at the schedule below.  June 4th will be the pick-up for our TK-6th grade students and your schedule is below:

  • A-D 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
  • E-I 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
  • J-N 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 a.m.
  • O-S 12:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
  • T-Z 1:30 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.

We recognize that there might be scheduling conflicts. As a result, a make-up day is scheduled for Monday, June 8th.

Lost and Found: Lost and found will be hanging on the fence and the items will be numbered.  If you see something that belongs to you, please give the number of the item at the station and someone will retrieve it for you.

Your cooperation, patience, and attention to our procedures is greatly appreciated as we designed this plan to keep everyone safe and healthy.

We look forward to seeing you ‘from 6 feet away’ and for the opportunity to return students’ belongings.

Please email me with any questions or concerns.  Otherwise I will see you on June 4th.

Best Regards,
